KENZO WORLD

My birthday is in September and every year I get send an envelope by my local perfume store. It contains a  sample of a perfume and also a discount on that perfume for when I consider buying it. From the moment I opened the sample I knew I.had.to.buy.this.perfume. I HAD TO. But I already have so many perfumes so I was hesitating whether or not I would do it and luckily I did! 

The reason why I just said "luckily" is because this perfume is perfect to me. The two things that I want in a perfume are that it smells good (of course) but that it also lasts for a long time! From the moment I bought it I have been wearing it all the time and when I spray it on in the morning I can still smell it in the evening and that does it all for me!

There are a lot of people who say that they're bad at describing scents and.. same for me. But luckily the site fragrantica.com tells you the notes. The top notes are Red Fruits, the middle notes are Egyptian Jasmine, Floral Notes, Peony and the base note is Ambroxan. 

As you can tell from the notes this perfume is floral and it also has a sensual accent. Overall I just think it smells really nice and I'm very happy about the longevity like I already said before. 

When looking at the bottle, you can see it's a very unique perfume bottle. It's not my favourite perfume bottle, but I still think it's nice. Kenzo is known for their t shirts and sweatshirts with the tiger on it but they also have them with an eye on it and it's probably inspired by these. In a magazine I have also read that the eye stands for the universal symbol of the openness to the world.
