August Favourites | 2016

August went by waaay to fast. Can't believe it's already the beginning of September, so here I am sharing my August favourites with you ;). 

POKEMON GO

On the 16th of July the Pokémon Go app came out and since then I've really liked playing it. I'm only on level 16 tho, because I enjoy playing it but it's not like I'm really obsessed or something and go out of my house just to catch some Pokemon. I think the game is fun and especially if you can catch some Pokemon together with your friends. 

SONG:CRUEL - ZAYN FT. SNAKEHIPS

The song that I've been playing the most throughout the month of August must be Cruel by Zayn featuring Snakehips. I really like it and I will mostly play it when I have to get ready. 

VIDEO: LILY SINGH - VOICES

Another "song" that I liked playing when getting ready was "Voices" by Lily Singh. It's a 10 minute video on Youtube and it's where Lily is singing/rapping and the lyrics is just soo RIGHT?!? I don't know how to put it, it's just relatable and so so good. I know she's not a professional singer or rapper, but I really like that she's trying to tell people something by doing this. If you're not getting what I'm saying I suggest you check the video out, it's really worth it in my opinion! 

OATMEAL BARS BY QUAKER

In the month of August I have discovered a new snack! Well it's new for me.. I don't know if it has been there for a long time or not, but they are oatmeal bars by the brand Quaker. It has Golden Syrup in it so I wasn't sure if I would like it, but I do! I'm very happy that I have found a snack that's a little bit healthier. 

FLIP FLOPS BY IPANEMA LOLITA

Next thing I've been liking this month are these flip flops by the brand "IPANEMA LOLITA". Never heard of the brand before, but I do like these flip flops. They have different colours I think, but I chose the silver ones as you can see. 

GIRL ON THE TRAIN - PAULA HAWKINS

During the year I don't have much time to read so in the summer holidays I like to read a lot of books and in the month of August I've been reading "The Girl on the train" by Paula Hawkins. I don't want to give away too much, I think you need just need to read it and find out about everything yourself. But I just wanted to mention that I have never read something like this before and I hope to read more books like these! SO SO SO GOOD, I definitely recommend! 

CHANEL ROUGE ALLURE LIPSTICK IN SEDUISANTE

Last but not least, I have rediscovered one of the lipsticks that I already owned. It's a Rouge Allure lipstick in the colour Séduisante (number 91) by Chanel. It's a very pretty, bright (but not too bright) pink that's perfect to wear in the summer!
