Recipe: Bananabread
Hi everyone
Today I will share a recipe with you. As you have already seen by the title it will be a recipe for a bananabread. During the lockdown I've seen a lot of people baking it, so I thought I would also give it a go. I have used a simple recipe and I am sure that you will have most of the ingredients at home already!
Ingredients:
- 250 gr flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 250 gr sugar
- 125 gr butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 banana's
- 2 eggs
Before you actually start with the recipe, you need to preheat your oven at 180 degrees.
Also butter your cake form so that the cake can be easily removed at the end.
First of all, you have to melt the butter. During this time you can already mix the flour with 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Normally, the butter will still not be melted at this time, so now you can start peeling the banana's and mix them. Next, you do the same with the eggs. When the butter is melted, you can add the melted butter, the mixed banana's, the eggs and the sugar to the flour and baking powder. Then, you can start mixing everything together and fill the cake form. You can also add some chocolate chips or some nuts, whatever you like!
