MAC NUT CRACKER SWEET | Nude Lipbag

On the 26th of November I decided to go shopping in Brussels. There were a lot of discounts in different stores because on Friday the 25th till the end of the weekend you could get 'Black Friday' discounts. Before, you only had this in the US, but this year all the stores in Belgium went crazy on Black Friday, even though the discounts weren't as big as those in the US it's better than nothing, right????

When looking on social media I also found out that there was a MAC NUT CRACKER SWEET EVENT. It was like an 'official opening' for their new holiday collection and they gave a 'gift card' (so that you can get a makeup lesson for free) to the first 50 people in the store and YESS I was one of them!!! 

After getting my gift card I eventually went into the store and had a look at the collection. It's not really my 'style', there were a lot of colours that I wouldn't wear on my lips and eyes, but when I saw this 'nude lip bag' I fell in love. Usually when you get sets like these they are very expensive, but this time I was surprised because it was a lot cheaper! 

In this lip bag you get 3 items: a lipstick, a 'vamplify' lipgloss and a cremestick liner.

When you would buy them individually you would pay €59,50 but this set only costs €38 + you get a little bag that I will definitely use a lot! So personally I think it's really worth the money.

MINI REVIEW

The first thing I noticed when applied this combo for the first time is that it came out quite dark. This lip bag is called 'the nude lip bag' and it was indeed nude, but quite dark with a purple undertone. Even though I expected it to be a lot lighter I still liked it and I thought it was quite nice to have a 'semi-dark lip' for this time of the year. I would also like to try the products on their own to see if they're less dark and see in what way I like to use this lip bag the most. It lasted throughout the whole day so that's very nice, but the only downside is that when you drink from your glass, your lipstick will get all over it. So maybe you should put a tissue paper between your lips first
