Passion Struck
Hi, welcome back! Last year I bought the Victoria's Secret: Passion Struck travel essentials set and I thought I would do a review about it. I know it's been a long time but back then I did not blog yet so I'm doing it now since I really want to talk about it.
Me and my friend used to buy each other things on holiday and one of the presents that I had gotten was the Passion Struck travel essentials from Victoria's Secret. She told me that there are A LOT of scents in the range, but this one was her favourite! I had never been in a Victoria's Secret store and she knew I really wanted to try some things out so it was so kind of her to give me this.
A year later I went to London and of course I headed to Bond Street, where the Victoria's Secret store is situated. Back home I had looked up some scents I wanted to try out but once I was standing there.. I got to say I was really overwhelmed. There are just so many of them that I really did not know where to start and I really love the smell of Passion Struck so I thought why not just buy it again.
Passion Struck body mist (125ml), Passion struck body lotion (125ml), Passion Struck shower gel (125ml) |
As I already mentioned before, Passion Struck is one of the many scents Victoria's Secret have in their range. On the bottle the smell is described as: fuji apple & vanilla orchid. If I'm not mistaken Victoria's Secret has changed the bottles of the body mists and apparently 're-newed the formulas'. On their website I haven't found the travel sets, but I think you can still get them in store.
REVIEW
I really don't know why but I don't really use the body lotion even though I quite like body lotions. I have used it and it's perfectly fine, but I just seem to forget using it or something. The shower gel on the other hand is my absolute favourite! It makes my skin very soft and of course it has the Passion Struck smell to it which makes it even better! Because it's in a travel set you only get 125ml and it's the perfect size for when you go on holiday! Last but not least we have the body mist. Of course they don't last as long as perfumes, but body mists are great for the summer actually. When the smell is going away, you can spritz it on again and I find it really refreshening when I do that.
